At MyMolt, we take your privacy seriously. Your data belongs to you — not to us, not to third parties, and not to other users. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), data from connected platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram messages processed by your MoltBot), and usage analytics to improve our service. We do not access the content of your conversations beyond what is technically necessary for your MoltBot to function.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to provide and improve the MyMolt service. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties under any circumstances. Message content processed by your MoltBot is not stored beyond what is necessary for service operation.
Data Ownership
All content generated, stored, and processed within your MoltBot belongs entirely to you. This includes your configurations, conversation history, scheduled tasks, reminders, and any data created through your assistant. You have your own isolated ecosystem — your settings, your workflows, your data. Nothing is shared across user accounts.
Isolated Infrastructure
Each MoltBot runs in its own sandboxed environment, isolated from all other users. This is safer than running an AI assistant on your own computer, because our infrastructure is purpose-built for secure AI workloads with enterprise-grade protections. There are no shared resources or cross-account data access.
Zero Third-Party Data Sharing
We never share your data with third parties for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose. Your information is exclusively yours. We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not allow any external entity to access your MoltBot's content.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256) to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, audited, and follows the principle of least privilege. All infrastructure is monitored for unauthorized access.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@mymolt.app. You may also export your data in standard formats. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.
